Package Protection

Package Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If something goes wrong between our warehouse and your door, we’ll investigate with the carrier and reship your order at no additional cost when the claim is approved.

What’s covered

  • Lost in transit. Carrier scans stop and the package never arrives.
  • Damaged by the carrier. Vials broken, packaging crushed, or contents compromised due to mishandling in shipping.
  • Stolen after delivery. Package marked delivered by the carrier but taken from your property before you retrieved it.

How to file a claim

  1. Email info@glacieraminos.shop within 48 hours of the carrier’s expected delivery date (or, for damaged packages, within 48 hours of receiving the shipment).
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of what happened, and photos where applicable (damaged packaging, broken vials, or the empty spot where the package was expected).
  3. For stolen packages, a full police report may be requiredbefore we engage the reship. We’ll let you know if it’s needed after our initial review.

What happens next

We investigate every claim with the carrier and Glacier’s shipping records. Approved claims are reshipped at no charge, typically within one to two business days after approval. If the carrier locates and delivers the original shipment during the investigation, we’ll coordinate with you on whether to keep or return the reship.

What’s NOT covered

  • Delivery to a wrong shipping address entered at checkout by the customer.
  • Refused delivery or returned-to-sender packages.
  • Damage that occurs after the package has been received and stored by the customer.
  • Claims filed outside the 48-hour window described above.

If you opt out

Package Protection is preselected at checkout because carrier issues do happen and the cost is small relative to the value of a peptide order. If you decline it, you accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage during shipping and Glacier Aminos cannot replace or refund the affected items. All claims in that case must be pursued directly with the carrier.
