HOW IT WORKS

Every batch tested before it's offered for sale.

Six vials from every batch are pulled at random and run through an independent lab's 8-point test panel. The signed COA is published to a public library, and every vial label carries the batch result plus a QR code that opens that COA directly — so there's never a mix-up about which result belongs to which vial.

The 8-point test panel.

This is what an independent lab certifies on every batch. The spec column is the gate — if a result fails, the lot doesn't leave the warehouse.

Identity

MASS MATCH ±0.5 Da

Mass-spec fingerprint match to confirm we're shipping what's on the label.

Purity

MEETS COMPOUND SPEC

HPLC quantification against the published reference standard for the compound. Below spec doesn't ship.

Net Content

±10% OF LABEL

Verified weight per vial. No under-fills, no surprises.

Conformity

100% PASS

Visual and physical inspection against the spec sheet.

Heavy Metals

<10 PPM

ICP-MS screen for lead, cadmium, mercury, and arsenic.

Endotoxins

<0.5 EU/mg

LAL endotoxin testing on every randomly-selected vial.

Sterility

USP <71> PASS

Sterility validation per USP <71> standards.

Fentanyl screen

NOT DETECTED

Cross-contamination screen to rule out fentanyl traces — non-negotiable.

From order to bench.

  1. 01

    Order placed

Order hits the US warehouse before 2 PM MT — same-day pick. After 2 PM MT it goes out next business day.

  2. 02

Pulled from cold storage, labeled with the data

Every vial is pulled from temperature-controlled storage and labeled with the batch's purity result and a QR code that opens the signed COA directly. Lyophilized powder is stable at normal shipping temperatures — no cold packs needed in transit.

  3. 03

    Tracked delivery

You get the tracking number the moment the carrier scans the label. Typical US delivery: 1–3 business days.

Common questions.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is a document signed by an independent testing lab that confirms a specific batch passed identity, purity, and contamination tests. Every lot Glacier ships has one — published to a public library, traceable by lot number.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2 PM MT ship the same business day from a US warehouse. Domestic delivery is typically 1–3 business days. Tracking updates the moment the carrier scans the label.
Are these for human use?
No. Glacier products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. By purchasing you confirm you are a qualified researcher operating within applicable laws.
What happens if a lot fails purity?
It doesn't ship. Every batch is tested by HPLC against the published reference standard for that compound and must meet or exceed accepted purity guidelines. If a result falls below the spec, the entire lot is rejected — no partial discount, no 'close enough.'
How do I verify a lot number?
Two ways. (1) Scan the QR code on the vial label — it opens the signed COA for that exact batch. (2) Open the COA library and search by lot. Either path shows the test panel results, the independent lab's signature, and the date the batch was qualified.
Do products need to be shipped cold?
No. Glacier products are lyophilized powders, which are extremely stable across normal shipping temperatures. We store everything in temperature-controlled inventory before packing, but the powder itself ships fine at ambient temperatures — no cold packs, no insulated mailers.
